2nd week #2

Today, we have started our projects about muscle system. Nick, Lauren, David, and I are in the same group, and we decided to make a pod cast about protein supplements. We will talk about protein shakes, protein pills, and whey especially because Nick's brother takes it. I was surprised at these protein supplements are very expensive!

I have tried some protein shakes and protein bars that my friend had, and they didn't taste very good, honestly. I didn't get buff or anything though because I wasn't working out. I just didn't know they were that expensive. 100 dollars can be lost in like a second, which I would not like....

I think just working out as hard as you can is the best way to gain muscle. At least you wouldn't lose much money.
