Fourth week #1

We were working on pobcast for last couple classes. And we presented today :) David, Trei, Aoua, and I were trying to make it into iMovie for 10 pts extra credit, but David said pictures and audio don't cooperate. so we pretty much failed. But we still had the audio so we just played it. It was pretty cool, I think.

Muscle was an easy tissue to research for.
 Here's what we did.
---->

cardiac_muscle.jpg
This is cardiac muscle. It forms the walls of the heart.

This is smooth muscle. It helps form the walls of blood vessels and hollow organs such as the intestines and other tube-shaped structures in the body.
Skeletal muscle 01a.jpg
This is skeletal muscle. It is attached to bones and when contracted produce voluntary and controlled body movements.

Third week #2

My test didn't really go good because I studies too much about the structures on the bodyyy. Well I already know I got 85% or something now lol BUTTT since I went on top of Nebo. I get extra credit!! PLUS I did optional extra credits SOOOO thats worth 10% (If I get an A)!?

At least I know I can't just memorize one thing. I need to study everything that will be on the test.... ^^;

Third week #1

Mr. Kuhn mentioned about the quizzzz. I will post what we need to know so I won't forget.

Things we need to study:
negative feedback
positive feedback
structures of the body (10-15)
cavities
directions and planes of the body
structural levels of organization in the body
definition of "anatomy" "physiology" "pathology"

We studies most of them. I should be able to tell what they are...?

Second week #2

I think this time, we drew the outline body of Aoua's and labeled the structures. We had to label so many structures. When David and I were labeling them, we got confused :( I think we wrote some structures twice. And we didn't have any spaces for cavities at the end....But we still labeled cavities with really tiny letters.

Second week #1

We started talking about anatomy and physiology and we also talked about a little bit of pathology. It was just like the definition of those words.
Anatomy: structure
Physiology: function
Pathology: disease
